Not what I'd hoped

I bought this for my daughter's 8th birthday and she loves it BUT I was hoping you be able to connect it to a mobile data network for use outside of our home WiFi. After much searching and chatting with Samsung, I found that this device is NOT capable of doing that. It's a major disappointment and I may return it because of this.
