My Dr. Prescribed Benefiber. It works!

Have been buying Benefiber from Sams for a couple of years now and for me it is a fantastic supplement. Without going into to much graphic detail I will say I am a senior citizen and without Benefiber every BM is a pain in the ..... butt shall we say. With a daily dose of Benefiber (took some experimentation to find the right dose for me) it is once a day and smooth as silk. For me, Benefiber is a Godsend.

so easy, and really no taste. I didn't believe it at first, then I tried it and no taste, I thought it might be gritty. it is great. and really works.

Makes you wonder if sitting in hot storage containers makes plastic leach into the contents. I bought four of these and threw away. They all smelled very odd. Usually no smell.

This is great fiber, I have been using it for about 2 years now and it keeps me regular and I love that there is no taste and it’s not gritty! Very easy to use and it dissolves almost instantly! This is a great way to get extra fiber!

Best product XP that has worked on my IBS. I read that Dextrin Wheat works on IBS, and it has worked on mine! God bless for having this product available for us IBS sufferers…🙏😉👍

My Dad deals with constipation constantly due to pain medication. He takes this 3 times a day, mixing it in his coffee(flavor free product) or tea, which helps him with staying regular. He can always tell if he skips a day because the constipation sets in. It has no flavor so you can mix it in your drink or food and not even tell it's there.

I wanted to add more fiber to my diet so I ordered this large container. I have been taking 2 teaspoons of it twice a day and after over a week of taking it, it have done nothing for my digestive system. Usually, when I increase my fiber intake, I see a reaction from the increase of fiber in my digestive system. With this, I have experienced bloating of my intestines. Will not purchase again and do not recommend. I wasted $20.

Worst supplement I've ever used! I do not use prescription or OTC meds and normally have good responses to supps. This did nothing... ever. I expected some effect, but not even a noticeable difference. There are much better supps that are cheaper, like acidophilus.
