Have been using Benefiber for several years and use it in iced tea daily. A couple of things to be aware of. 1) It is best not to take within four hours of prescription medication because it can interfere with absorption and 2) it is fine to start out with recommended dose, but amount used can be gradually increased as the intestinal tract acclimates to daily fiber, as your system allows. Most fiber supplements are good, this one is excellent.
