The nurse practitioner at my gastroenterologist’s office recommended I take this Benefiber daily. Without giving TMI, I was having difficulty with both diarrhea and constipation, never knowing which to expect. The nurse practitioner sold me on Benefiber when she said the Gastro doctors always had a container of Benefiber in their break room to use in their morning coffee. I figured if it is good enough my gastro doctors, it’s worth a try. I was not disappointed, and now use it daily, in my first cup of coffee. Occasionally I need to stir it more than usual, not sure why that happens, but it is no big deal. The nurse practitioner said it will dissolve easily in cold drinks, and water as well as hot drinks, but I have only used it in my coffee. There is absolutely NO taste, aftertaste, or grit in the Benefiber. I recommend you ask your own gastroenterologist how much to use daily; I was told to use more than my husband, and he uses less than the directions advise. For peace of mind and regularity, without bloating, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Benefiber.

I need a bit of extra fiber but will NOT take it if the only option is the NASTY orange flavored stuff that gets thick and slimy. This stuff has no flavor and doesn’t get thick. If you hate the thick orange slime of the other brand I highly recommend this.

A very good fiber supplement to help keep one "regular". I prefer the tasteless variety, as it can be dissolved in anything without affecting the flavor. I use a tablespoon in my first cup of coffee daily. It works great.

My Doctor insisted I use Benefiber 3 times a day to help my digestive problems. I expected it to taste bad and be gritty but it is absolutely wonderful. It is smooth and tastes like what ever you mix it into. It has helped me more than any other digestive aid. I have been taking it for over three months now feel better than I have in years. A big bonus is the 190 serving size saves me a lot of money.

Recommended by Doctor and have used for a number of years. This large can is very economical, particularly compared to prices of smaller jars in other retail stores. Other stores do not have this large size. Sam's recently quit carrying it in the store and it needs to be ordered on-line and shipped. We hope Sam's does not quit carrying this item on line also. (yes, we have the upgraded membership and can have it shipped free, but it was nice to be able to pick it up and not watch for delivery).

I have using this for several years now and it helps with my IBS. I like that I can put it in my coffee, shake etc.

Tasteless and easy to dissolve, can be added to any drink. I just put in water, and seems like I’m just having a glass of water.

This has absolutely no taste or grit residue. It dissolves in any liquid. If you want to increase your fiber and you are not getting enough from food this is an excellent alternative m.

The product is good. The price is good. Recommended by my physician. The delivery was not satisfactory. The two canisters were left on the approach of my front porch. They were not boxed or bagged. Left in the open for all passersby's to see. A child could have ate the product.
