The nurse practitioner at my gastroenterologist’s office recommended I take this Benefiber daily. Without giving TMI, I was having difficulty with both diarrhea and constipation, never knowing which to expect. The nurse practitioner sold me on Benefiber when she said the Gastro doctors always had a container of Benefiber in their break room to use in their morning coffee. I figured if it is good enough my gastro doctors, it’s worth a try. I was not disappointed, and now use it daily, in my first cup of coffee. Occasionally I need to stir it more than usual, not sure why that happens, but it is no big deal. The nurse practitioner said it will dissolve easily in cold drinks, and water as well as hot drinks, but I have only used it in my coffee. There is absolutely NO taste, aftertaste, or grit in the Benefiber. I recommend you ask your own gastroenterologist how much to use daily; I was told to use more than my husband, and he uses less than the directions advise. For peace of mind and regularity, without bloating, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Benefiber.

Benefiber prebiotic works great for my body! My Gastroenterologist had me stop taking my Probiotic because I was experiencing a lot of bloating from it which happens to some people and specifically recommended that I start taking Benefiber. I have felt and noticed the difference in my bloating issue.

I have severe colon issues and the Dr recommended that I take a fiber drink. I was hesitant to do so because I was expecting it to be thick and hard to stick with as some other product I had tried. I am so pleased with this one because it is as advertised, tasteless and will mix with just about anything and I can't even tell it is in my food or drink. The best thing is that I am not as uncomfortable as I was prior to taking it. I feel it has helped

I need a bit of extra fiber but will NOT take it if the only option is the NASTY orange flavored stuff that gets thick and slimy. This stuff has no flavor and doesn’t get thick. If you hate the thick orange slime of the other brand I highly recommend this.

I maintain a low carb diet and this product works really well. I take a slightly larger amount once daily in the AM (2 heaping teaspoons)in my coffee and my digestive tract maintains my digestive health from the added fober.

A very good fiber supplement to help keep one "regular". I prefer the tasteless variety, as it can be dissolved in anything without affecting the flavor. I use a tablespoon in my first cup of coffee daily. It works great.

I buy benefiber regularly for my son who has diverticulitis. It's a good option for extra fiber and, unlike Metimucil, it has no flavor. My biggest problem is getting Sams club to consistantly carry it in the store. I had to resort to ordering it because it was off the shelf for over a month.

This has absolutely no taste or grit residue. It dissolves in any liquid. If you want to increase your fiber and you are not getting enough from food this is an excellent alternative m.

The product is good. The price is good. Recommended by my physician. The delivery was not satisfactory. The two canisters were left on the approach of my front porch. They were not boxed or bagged. Left in the open for all passersby's to see. A child could have ate the product.
