I like Benefiber because it has zero taste and blends into water or smoothies very well does not swell or becomes to thick

Tasteless and easy to dissolve, can be added to any drink. I just put in water, and seems like I’m just having a glass of water.

I was happy to find it since it's been unavailable in the store. It is more expensive and smaller containers if bought at other stores.

I have it a good go adding it to my cup of water three times a day (breakfast, lunch and supper) but I didn't see any results from taking. I was really hoping this would be the fix.

This is a great product that we have been using for years. However, the price has skyrocketed since the pandemic. No idea why. May have to look for a replacement.

Good price for a supplement my doctor suggested. More easily digested fiber is always a good thing. I have used it for several years and I rely on it to keep me regular without ever causing upset or diarrhea.

Way better than taking pills. I like my veggies and fruits, but I know I don't eat enough of them (not a fan of legumes) so I add a scan half cup to every gallon of iced tea I make.

I buy this mainly for my wife, and she uses it in hot or cold drinks to get the extra fiber she needs. Since it’s tasteless and odorless, she doesn’t even know it’s in there.
