I have a few problems with this mixer. It is not a tilt head so the removal of the bowl is very difficult. You have to lower the bowl, remove the beater, then remove the bowl which has potential of spilling the contects because it pops off abruptly. Putting the bowl back on is frustrating as well. It is also very tall so unless you have high cabinets it will not fit underneath. I felt for the money that you invest in this product, it causes me more frustration than ease. I will be returning this model and exchange it for a tilt head option.

Bought the product on line, and it is my second so we know it is a great product. Came with mail in rebate, but part of the rebate requirement was on the box, which we threw away. Called Kitchen Aid, indeed numerous calls to different people, and they were supremely UNHELPFUL. No UPC code from the box, no rebate period, inspite of all the other receipts etc.

I was super excited to get this. The attachments reach the bottom of the bowels and so now I have to find washers to put Linder the bowl to make that work. It's more a pain in the butt and harder to actually make things when it comes to having to stir and add ingredients. I honestly prefer my hand mixer to this.

I know there are other models that can be purchased but the price for this product at Sam's could not be beat! I used the "Click and Pull" feature whichade the purchase even easier. I have been cooking up a storm with this mixer. I would defiantly recommend the professional model. It's worth the little extra!

I gave my daughter and son each a mixer for Christmas. They love them. I have had a Kitchenaid Artesan Mixer for years and use it a great deal. I have always been pleased with it. The only problem that I had was Sam's advertised a rebate that did not exist for this model mixer. I would not have purchased them had I known. I would have searched for a better deal.

KitchenAid Professional HD Stand Mixer.. Some kitchenaid mixers you have to lift the mixer head. Not this one! Pot goes up so no lifting the mixer head. I would recommend THIS mixer for older folks! Already made many batches of cookies and breads for the Holidays! Worked perfectly! I bought this on black Friday sale for 250.00 plus free shipping! Great value! 5 quart, 10 speed, 475 watt. Heavy duty... Great Mixer!

The handle was uncomfortable. It actually hurt to hold it. And you really have to grip the handle pretty tightly to remove the bowl from the machine. Maybe I could have lived with that but I also found it nearly impossible to get the bowl back on the machine. I tried more expensive Kitchen Aid Mixers. They are also hard to get the bowl back on correctly but the handles on the bowls are rounded and don't hurt when you have to jam the bowl into the little bump in the back. I could have made the Sam's Club mixer work but I expect to use the mixer for the next 20 years. I am a healthy 55 now but know that I probably won't have strength to manage the correct bowl placement in a few more years. I returned the mixer.

I bought this mixer and now I can't find any attachments that will fit model KP25MOXMC. Tried calling kitchenaid with no success. I really wanted this mixer but it's not worth the headache of hunting down accessories. Maybe that's why it was on sale. Huge disappointment!!
