I received this for Mother's Day, and since it has been on my wish list for years, it had alot of hype to live up to. Following the instructions to adjust the bowl height is essential, but once its done, everything mixes perfectly. Its easy to clean, and change attachments. My kids love being able to add ingredients to the bowl, and it has made baking from scratch more time efficient.

So far I'm very happy with my mixer! It's strong enough to knead bread and beautiful enough to leave out on my countertop! I finally have a mixer that I can let do the work and not have to have my hands on the whole time, allowing me to do other things. I'm 65 and realized that life is too short not to use the good stuff! Get the mixer, eat the bread!

Well you get what you pay for, this is a perfect example of that. This machine is very well built, nothing flimsy. Everything made of hoot quality material. The only thing that I would add is a mixing cover with a shoot, just so you can add ingredients without the getting airborne. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a top of the line Pro 5 mixing machine.

This is the 2nd KitchenAid bowl-lift stand mixer we have bought for one of our children. I have one that has been a hand/arm saver for 20+ years and still looks and works great. The bowl-lift can be awkward, but it has more power than the tilt-head and we do use the grinder often. The tilt-head can get loose in the hinge over time, so between that and the additional power, I continue to buy the bowl-lift for the kids. Over time they will receive some of the attachments. The KitchenAid mixer is heavy to move around, but that also means it doesn't "walk" off the counter when in use. I don't know what I would do during holiday cooking without that mixer!

I'm so glad I found this deal! The extra motor power from the stationary (non tilting) head is incredible! Have made hearty multi batch bread and pizza doughs with this and it doesn't struggle or falter as I had to deal with in the past using (and overheating) the tilting head models! Plus the small batch bowl and little whisk are PERFECT for the single batch of cookies or meringue pie! I'm thrilled with this purchase and the outstanding and SOLID performance of this beautiful Kitchenaid professional stand mixer! I definitely recommend this model!

I had a tilt head mixer that I loved but needed a little bigger and more power lol. I love that it fits under the upper cabinet but it's going to take some getting used to lifting the bowl. I felt like it didn't quite get the mix off the bottom but I think there's an adjustment for that. Love love love the blue color

We love Kitchenaid mixers. Like the previous reviewers, this model is way too loud! We were ready to return it because we thought something was manufactured incorrectly. Then we read the reviews to learn this is “normal” for this machine. I would pay an extra $50 to have a quieter machine. I find it hard to believe there is not a cost effective alternative to the current motor/transmission combination.

Was very excited to receive my new mixer. But when it arrived, it wasn't what I expected. The color is beautiful, but it looks like it got spray painted 2/3 of the way and then the bottom is unfinished. The mixer was supposed to come with a slotted spatula. This seemed like a great idea. It makes cleaning the whisk easier. I'll never know unfortunately because it wasn't included. Also, this may be minor, but its an indicator to me that something is not quite right here. The power cord is white. Its advertised as black and why is there a different colored cord? It smells of factory "b grade" equipment. I attempted to resolve with manufacturer and they would've sent a new one, but I would effectively lose my window if I needed to return that one for any reason. I world also have to print a label, package it up and send it back to kitchenaid. I wasn't going to do that. I put it back in its original box and took it back to Sams. I would rather work with Sams on something like this any way. The price is too high for such low quality products.

For many years many years I have used the kitchenAid mixer, I bought this as a gift to my Grandaughter but the motor sounded very rough, as if the gears were not in the right place. I am giving it a two star only because I know things don't always function properly. BUT I was very disappointed at KitchenAid customer service... if there was a problem the instruction said not to return it to the place you bought it from, to call them. I tried very hard to do so. The first time I waited on line for 45 min and when finally I got through and was explaining what was wrong, she asked me to turn on the mixer, she wanted to hear it, I said sorry I am not near it any longer because I had waited on the phone for so long, I was hanged up... the second time I waited for about 30 min, and would not wait any longer. I decided to returned to SAMs they asked me what was wrong, I explained and was given a return.

Ordered oct 28 2021. Received on November 1 ?? You put it on sale Nov 6. Said I could not get the difference of &100.00 has to be done in 7 days from the date I bought I'm 80 yrs said my son could not bring it back to the store it had to be sent back in the mail. I think I have been a pretty good customer of Sams and I think it is terrible especially since on Oct 28 I looked at it on line and it stated the price was so good I would have to sign in to see the price the manufacturer would get upset if they saw how low the price was. So I signed in guess what the price was $359. Lie not on sale so I bought it for that price. Lied then on the 6 of Nov you showed the price for all to see discount $100.off lied again. Don't like the way you do business so maybe I need to take my business elsewhere Unhappy customer Harriett Hudson
