It's very similar to a professional stand mixer I used while working in a bakery, but smaller in size. The bowl isn't too heavy when filled, so I love that. Very pretty color as well!

She had a cheap stand up mixer but complained that "it didn't have enough power". Not the case for this kitchen aid mixer!!! Very good mixer for a gift or for yourself. It's built well and should last a lifetime.

I love all of the features and extra attachments that are included. Having 2 bowls (of different sizes ) is very convenient! A MUST in any kitchen!!

Our only complaint is that the mixer attachment that comes with it should have the scraper instead of the just the metal one. Also, when you spend the money for the pro version it should include a cover.

I like the wider bowl, and the flat beater and dough hook are coated, so if they end up in the dishwasher, they won't be ruined. The motor is not as loud as I was expecting, and has a nice slow start feature. Very glad I was able to replace my mixer at a very good price.

It is also nice to have the small bowl for smaller volumes like whipped cream. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because it didn't come with the flex edge paddle (I would rather have that than the notched handheld spatula)
