[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an AS in Culinary Management, and we used these mixers all the time while I was going through that program. I make more stuff now that I have this. It's easier to use this in certain applications, such as ones requiring a long mixing time, than it is to use a handheld mixer.

This mixer has it all, especially when you have all the attachments. But the power and ability to whip, mix and blend makes this a valuable asset in any kitchen. We use it for bread and all baking and with the extra attachments we can make our vegetables and fruits into sauce; make noodles or meat pates, juice and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) My ingredients do not fully get mixed together I have to stop the mixer so I can get the bottom and sides because it doesn't reach it all. 2) My bowl doesn't necessarily line up on both sides. I usually push it in to position in order for the holes to line up instead of just placing it in the holes easily. Other than that it does it's job. Have not purchaesed the accessory pack yet, so I can not tell you if that fictions works.

But this Is a Kitchen Aid Professional 5 Plus and the mixture does not lift up, the bowl lowers. The. You have to release the bowl from it's secure position. This is difficult for me, because I have had several hand surgeries. I should have studied before purchasing. But it beats the old mixer I had.

The mixer it shelf was shaking and rocking back and forth on my flat counter. It was super loud and whinny. I personally loved the color but told my husband I hated the mixer and wanted to go back to my old one and would keep looking.

Downsized several years ago and gave my tilt-top Kitchenaid stand mixer to my son. Now that we have more room 8n our house, I definitely needed a stand mixer again and my son said “no way” to passing mine back to me. So I bought a new one in one of the designer colors. It looks great. I purchased a scorpion stand this time and find that I like the tilt top better. At least that's my first impressions. I haven't used it that much yet so I'm still reserving judgement on that. But, at the end of the day, it's a Kitchenaid!

The bowl is difficult to latch in place, the flat beater tends to push everything against the side of the bowl so you constantly have to scrape. I wish it had come with a shield so things aren't flying out of the bowl when mixing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a good strong mixer and this one performs as described. Perfect for our needs. Marked down to a 4/5 because I believe for what I paid for it that it should've included the Silicone wipe mixing attachment, otherwise I'ld give it 5/5 stars.
