It is not easy to get the bowl in the slots and even harder to get the bowl loose. I miss my tilt head mixer & wish I would have purchased it instead of the bowl list. After talking to a couple of friends they also agreed with me regarding a preference to the Tilt Head over the Bowl Lift mixers. So overall, not to satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband purchased this mixer to replace my 35 year old workhorse KitchenAid which was definitely showing its age. I like the wider bowl, the tool to clean the whisk and the additional shallow bowl included in this product. I hated saying goodbye to my old machine and was anticipating problems with the new one. I'm getting used a different sounding motor and the slight delay when starting (which was explained in the product guide). I'm hoping to many happy years using my new mixer.

I bought the Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer as a Christmas gift for my wife. She bakes over 500 cookies every Christmas season. It came promptly, and she loves it!! For the first time, she has been able to make multiple batches easily and even has a few left over for me!! The price was fantastic, plus a $50 rebate made the purchase even more logical. Our children have always found it hard to buy her gifts, but can now get her attachments for the mixer and she will be thrilled. Finally something that she can really use and get results we can all enjoy.

I've worked with KA stand mixers for years (I LOVE THEM!) and there was just something off about this one. I contacted customer service, sent a video and they quickly identified the issue, sent a replacement and a pre-paid label to return the defective unit. Super quick and friendly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my mixer 1 week before the Corona lock down,man havde i been i bought this. I have made bread cookies with my granddaughter so very easy, its awesome. I then bought the pasta attachments and never in my life have I had so much fun making homemade pasta and was so good in never going back to store bought. The only downside I can see is the fact that attachments are almost as much as the mixer. Other then that fantastic appliance that has saved my family and put many smiles on their faces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) My ingredients do not fully get mixed together I have to stop the mixer so I can get the bottom and sides because it doesn't reach it all. 2) My bowl doesn't necessarily line up on both sides. I usually push it in to position in order for the holes to line up instead of just placing it in the holes easily. Other than that it does it's job. Have not purchaesed the accessory pack yet, so I can not tell you if that fictions works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the mixer about a month ago used it the first time, it worked great! The second time it worked but the motor makes a weird noise whith the power on. So now we are afraid to use it until it gets replaced!

Love the look and color of this mixer, but upon inspecting it fresh out of the box, I noticed multiple defects. There was a huge knick in the metal at the top and dents on the top, as well as a bad paint job at the base. Super disappointed as it was a pricey purchase and I was so excited to get it! I only turned it on to ensure it wasn't messed up, so I'm hoping all goes well...but I'm nervous with there already being damage to the machine.
