[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a replacement for an older Kitchen Aid model I had. Love the size and design of this model. I did find the bowl placement pin a bit tricky and it's a bit louder than my old one but otherwise it's been great. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted one of these for so long and finally got one of the bowl lift 5 quart. However, I'm having issues with things sticking to the sides of the bowl and none of the attachments work. I even bought one of the scraping attachments and it doesn't work either. Not sure what kind of advice you can give or let me know what I may be doing wrong if anything? Made a cheesecake that was a disaster as the cream cheese stuck to the sides and big chunks didn't mix in. It would also be nice if there was some kind of guide to show you which attachments to use for what kind of mixing. The bread hook is a given, but the others I'm not totally sure of to get things to actually mix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my daughter who loves to cook. This mixer is so powerful and easy to use. Got the blue mixer and it is beautiful. Only draw back is for the price and quality why aren't the blades and whisk machine washable? They are easily washable though.

Quality construction and design. It has worked well for brownies and cake mixes. It also performs very well for mixing spices into ground meat for making jerky. I have a 7-Up biscuit recipe that is very moist and this mixer didn't perform well for this. I tried 2 different mixing attachments. It is faster and easier to mix it by hand. Overall it is a great mixer and I would make the purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 4.5 quart KitchenAid that has been going strong for 35+ years. This machine has a much better dough hook and the bowl handle is helpful. However, it frequently fails to start on first try and doesn't whip cream as well as my old one. I'm not sure the advantages were worth the cost.

We've used it to make cookies, added the chopping attachment that speeds up cooking prep a ton, allowing us to make more ambitious meals on a work night (plus it's fun to drop the veggies in and see them go thunk thunk in the bowl)! I'm looking forward to a lifetime of marriage, and a lifetime of Kitchen aid!

I just bought this KitchenAid 5 Plus 5 in baby blue color about 4 days ago, and I love it. I have already used it a couple of times and it's a great help. This is my first KitchenAid, mixing anything my hand is history for me. The Sam's Club price was great and so are all the extra's that are included. I'm a KitchenAid fan, should've have bought it sooner.

Very few things in life live up to the expectation of actually acquiring them, but this does. I had been wanting a Kitchenaid mixer for several years, and when my old mixer died, I saved up and got one. I am very pleased with the function, power, and look of this mixer. It may seem expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Was disappointed that I had to adjust the bowl height - never experienced this previously. Had the adjustment not been to the maximum possible, I would have tried to adjust a bit more. The bowl is a bit difficult to snap into place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the tilt head classic mixer for over a decade and have made pizza dough with it weekly for many years. It's finally on its last leg so we bought the Delux tilt head to replace it. The delux supposedly had a 300W motor versus the old classic that was 275W, but this new mixer really struggles with the same dough recipe we've been making for years. I'm not confident that this new mixer will last very long and am considering returning it.
