Pretty heavy duty

Very well built, seems solid and well made. In box Parts and Features list for the product. You would think it would be a list of what's actually in the box? Of course there are numerous other items that are available for purchase for use with this product. Those items aren't listed as Parts and Features in the user handbook. Being they're purchased separately it makes perfect sense they aren't listed in the handbook. You're lead to believe what's listed in the handbook. Would be in the box. Unfortunately they aren't included. What Sam's product description lists in the box was accurate. I used the product for the first time and it worked flawlessly. Overall we're pleased with our purchase. Not pleased with Kitchen Aids product inventory description.

Awesome Mixer

Purchased the first one and had to return it after first use as you could hear the gears grinding. Returned to store and exchanged it. Opened box and plugged in and the sound in all speeds was deafening. Will be returning for refund and will Purchase a 6 qt model that you can get accessories for and has a pouring shield. Very disappointed and what a huge waste of my valuable time.

Bought the aqua sky (seafoam green) color in the store. I thought at the cheap price-point it would probably be too good to be true, but it has been awesome! I use it atleast 3x/week for dinners and desserts. Everything works well, all of the attachments fit smoothly and work like they should. It's heavy so you need to have decent upper body strength if you're gonna be moving it on and off the counter. It's also very quiet. I adjusted the height of the beater attachment like the instruction manual says to do (if your attachments are hitting the bottom/sides of the bowl). It's easy to clean. I don't waste my time mixing anything by hand anymore.
