Came quick and undamaged

Very well built, seems solid and well made. In box Parts and Features list for the product. You would think it would be a list of what's actually in the box? Of course there are numerous other items that are available for purchase for use with this product. Those items aren't listed as Parts and Features in the user handbook. Being they're purchased separately it makes perfect sense they aren't listed in the handbook. You're lead to believe what's listed in the handbook. Would be in the box. Unfortunately they aren't included. What Sam's product description lists in the box was accurate. I used the product for the first time and it worked flawlessly. Overall we're pleased with our purchase. Not pleased with Kitchen Aids product inventory description.

I have the crystal blue version of this stand mixer and I really love the way it performs. I have had the machine for about 18 months and it does a great job. The only concern I had which other buyers might want to know is that when I called Kitchenaid directly and gave them my model number, they said my model is being phased out and will be discontinued within a period of time-- I don't particularly like that part because Kitchenaid is coming out with cool accessories for the bowl lift stand mixers like glass bowls supported by a metal ring, but they will not be made for the 5-quart bowls. Sam's Club: Can you get glass bowls stocked for the Professional HD mixers you sell? Are they being phased out?
