[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper is compact and works great! It is lightweight & great for everyday use to quickly chop, mix and puree. It has a multipurpose stainless steel blade, it has 2 speeds and a pulse mode. This is great for saving time on meal prep. It also has a drizzle basin that is great for making mayonnaise, dressings, sauces and other condiments. It is easy to clean and small so it stores easily and has cord storage. This is very nice to have for when I dont need my big food processor. I would recommend to my friends.

It's got a nice, simple and modern-classic design, is a great size for storing when not in use and I truly adore the fact that the cord wraps around and nests in the base. It's absolutely perfect when looking to chop or puree a 3 cups of food or less (which means it's nothing short of wonderful for just my spouse and I). The blades are absolutely fantastic and chop/puree through anything I throw them perfectly (anything from hard ginger root to soft, squishy tomatoes). The chopper doesn't seem to get too warm or shake at all even when pushed to chop up more difficult things (eg, nuts, etc) and the sound is never too loud or terrible (although how loud it is does depend on what you have in it). I love the design of the "cup" portion of it, especially the handle little pour spout (just makes things a little less messy). It's super simple to use and just as easy to clean up. Overall, I can't recommend this one enough if you're looking for an amazing every day food chopper!

My wife & I are extremely busy & having a short cut when it's comes to cooking is always a joy. The KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper is definitely one of my new best friends. It has different speeds, great for chopping nuts, vegetables and even making my world renown guacamole & salsa quicker. It's small enough to keep eye sight on the counter, yet powerful enough to prepped your whole holiday feast. I was able to clean it & then put it in the dishwasher without any concerns. I would recommend the KitchenAid 3.5 Cup Food Chopper to who ever is looking to shorten your cooking time without comprising the quality of the food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been a fan of electric choppers, as they are more efficient when cooking for a crowd, however this one left me a bit frustrated. The instructions on how to open the cup where not as clear as they should have been. Afraid to break the clear plastic attached to the black, only after 15 mins did I realize it was one solid piece, I was able to open it. Pleased with the cup size, I was able to place a substantial amount inside. The pieces were smaller than I would have liked, but were still usable. Cleaning was easy and finding a nook to store it was simple due to its compact design.

I always cut up the strawberries and blueberries by hand, so I was excited to try this out and see if it saved me time. It did a great job! I still prefer to do those specifically by hand, only because I try and make the chunks about the same size, and squared, but for veggies and everything else- it's perfect. And the puree option works FANTASTIC! I was able to make fruit purees for her dessert in literal seconds, and she loves them. I will be getting a lot of use out of this, for both her AND myself!

I appreciate that this one has a handle, making it easier to transfer my chopped items from one side of the counter to the other.

I absolutely love utilizing this compact chopper to mince garlic and onion, to puree vegetables for my soup and to crush cookies for my desserts. Simply load up desired goods into the bowl with stainless blade, put lid on and choose power options-- from chop to puree. It's super easy to control how fine food items become by utilizing the slider knob setting and by pulsing, if needed. This unit is simple to clean out and super compact for convenient storage. Components are high quality. An absolute kitchen lifesaver!

It doesn't take up a lot of space, which is always a good thing. The top lid twists open. The instruction manual is easy to follow. This food chopper is a joy to use when making fresh dips and spreads and chopping veggies. The drizzle basin is built into the top lid and easy to use. There is a chop and puree selection lever on the side of the base. The overall chopper is lightweight but sturdy and doesn't take up much storage space. The blade is detachable; it snaps in and out for easy cleaning . The top lid , work bowl and blade are dishwasher safe but can also be hand washed, just take extra caution washing the blade. This food chopper is well made, thoughtfully designed and very user friendly.
