I had a 10 year old Black and Decker that finally quit and decided to try this Kitchenaid chopper since they're a well known and respected brand. It did not disappoint! I was surprised at how much better it ground up my breadcrumbs (I make my own from stale gluten free bread due to Celiac). I actually re-ground some that I had leftover from the old Black %26 Decker, it was that much better. Plus I got a smokin' deal on a grey one (vs. buying one of the colored ones). Very happy with this purchase from Walmart.

When I tried to use it neither my husband nor I could get it to run. I am unsure if we damaged it trying to lift the lid off per the directions in the enclosed booklet or it was just defective. Actually the lid twists off we discovered. I called the help line and talked wit a very polite and helpful lady. She actually got the same product and went through the steps for use. Our machine would not work and she immediately obtained the info to sent us another processor.. I ended up using my blender for the relish and received a new food processor in a few days. Returning the defective one was very easy.

Just wow. Simple, effortless and so satisfying. Worth the price. I wanted to get something that would grate/chop hard veggies like carrot and beets. This chopper does a fantastic job without breaking a sweat.

This is a nice little food processor. Only the one blade and a small capacity but was just what I wanted. There are 2 settings but I'm not sure what the difference is. I bought it to make hummus and salsa and it works perfectly for both of those. Easy to clean and small enough to store in the cupboard.

Now i chop everything in less than 5 minutes and it comes out perfect every single time. I Love It!!! As a family of 6, It's a life saver for me.

I could not get it to come on. No matter how I twisted the top it was too stiff for me to operate at all. Finally got hubs involved and he was eventually able to get it in the right position...he doesn't know how he did it...and I was able to use it. That is the only time to use it. I have my blender out. It worked great once I got to use it...unfortunately, by then, my dinner was a bit over done! Practice before you need to use it!

I have been using a Kitchen Aid puree and chopper for 10 years. Unfortunately it stopped working! I needed to replace it asap. I bought this one, it's not quite as sturdy as my original. I make peanut butter all of the time which needs some good speed and blades. For cutting veggies etc no problem. I've had it for a few weeks now. So far so good. I hope it lasts as long as my original one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I stand by the KitchenAid products, this blender is not easy to use. The on/off feature is by pushing down on the lid over the handle. This is awkward and clumsy when removing the lid to empty the bowl. The safety feature of the lid switch has to be very closely aligned that I have wasted time trying to get parts align so it will switch 'on'. Once I got everything aligned, the bender does a really good job! It will chop, mince, and cream anything I put in it, which is what I expect from a KitchenAid.

Bought 2 one for the cottage. One did not work had to return it. Chops okay but the start /stop access on the handle is inconvenient and requires too much fiddling around. Look is fine. Slider is annoying to change from chop to mince. Wasn't the least expensive product but not the most either. Overall disappointed. I did keep the working one
