The cost for a 3 year period is more than the cost of the device. Makes me question the reliability if they don't expect it to last even 3 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in need of a new food chopper as my old one has seen some better days. This one is awesome! It was really easy to use and has great features, but also a bit of a learning curve at first. Their is no pulse button on the front, it is actually a apart of the lid! You press down on the black tab and that is the pulse function. It has a little bowl to add oil that drizzled it in slowly and my favorite part is the pour spout. It is much easier to make things such as dressings and sauces nd not make a huge mess. Such a small feature but makes a big difference!

The food processor portion of my Oster machine cracked after just a few uses. This little food processor does a great job of chopping in just a few pulses. Assembling the unit to process takes a little getting used to, but there are clear, easy instructions that are included. The Kitchenaid processor comes in several attractive colors, but I chose the silver to match other appliances in my kitchen. Extremely pleased with the functionality so far

They are great at thinking through all the little details to make using their products a dream. This food processor doesn't have a ton of features or attachments but it is great at what it does: chop, mince, and puree foods. It's super easy to use and clean, so if you are looking for a straightforward food processor I can't recommend this enough.

I decided to try again and I couldn't be happier with this chopper. It makes quick work of my smaller chopping tasks so I don't have to get out my big food processor. It took a lifetime to get used to putting on the lid, but once you get how it works, it's very easy.

I had a 3 cup one and thought 3.5 would be better, though I wanted a 4 or 5 cup one, but they didn't have one in the color I like LOL. The 3.5 isn't bigger than my 3 cup at all, but it is way quieter and stronger.

I have found myself using this more than I anticipated. ! I have used it in place of dragging out my larger food processor. This food chopper is very versatile and a cinch to clean up, with most pieces being dishwasher safe. It has stainless steel blades, a spout to add ingredients, and it also has a place to wrap the cord in the base. I definitely recommend this high quality chopper, as with all of my KitchenAid products.
