Small but effecient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to take this back to JC Penny's to have someone get the lid off! They did get it off, but it's still a problem for me. I spent a couple hours on line for instructions how to get it off....and another hour on the phone with a KitchenAid person who was no help at all! At this point I don't know what to do. My son is able to get it off, which is no help to me cause he doesn't live near me. This product is a disappointment to me....to be KitchenAid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3.5c food chopper is great! I have tried many other chopper styles and brands and this KitchenAid chopper is by far the best! Chops perfectly for salsa, salad, and cooking in general! The handle makes it easy to remove from the base and pour out. The chopping blade easily comes out so you don't worry about it falling out when pouring. No liquid needed like blenders. Toss the food in and chop it up! I highly recommend this chopper to anyone and everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works better than the mini cuisinart food processor and a somewhat bigger bowl size works also. I like the big blades on this unit, but I don't like the the lid design. The one thing that it does great is grated up carrots just right for salads. Though it kinda stain the bowl" I soak it in bleach for 20 minutes and it remove the stain.

Whatever I drop into the container is quickly and efficiently chopped up and thoroughly mixed with other ingredients ready for immediate use! Chopping up garlic with a variety of herbs and having them thoroughly mixed really shortened the time needed to prepare the topping for baked salmon!

It's a perfect size to not clutter up my small kitchen yet has the quality of a KitchenAid product. I fully expect I'll be able to use this for years unlike some cheaper similar sized/priced food processors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago to reduce my hand movement cooking. I am pleased with how effectively it minces food on pulse (what I bought it for) and it's easy to use and clean. I had some initial frustration before I figured out I needed to rotate the bowl on the base more for it to work. I would suggest a trouble-shooting note on this be added to the instructions. Once I figured that out though it works great!

This is so convenient for me to use because I have a special needs daughter who needs some of her food chopped and I also use it for puree function with other foods. My previous little chopper only had the puree function intact. I think the lever to change the speed is an improvement and possibly will let it work much longer.

This was a gift to replace a small food processor I had. Don't remember brand or model. This procduct is such a disappoint. Assembling the cup and cover in order to activate this devise is so far beyond intuitive it should not be sold. It also has only chop and purée selections. Could deal with only chop/purée if only getting this item to operate was intuitive. Frustration level is too high to bother using.
