I bought this and registered this late Nov 2021 so I could make homemade mayonnaise. I've only used 4 times over the last 8 weeks and today it began making a really loud noise. Upon inspection I see the blade housing is grinding against the canister.

I bought this and after the first use, I removed the blade and put it back into the bowl for cleaning. However, it became stuck between the side of the bowl and the middle sheath. I could not remove it, and it ended up breaking the bowl. I would recommend not purchasing the product. I missed the window to return the product by 2 days (30 days for refund) due to a 10 day trip, and the company wouldn't let me return it.

We are extremely frustrated and dissappointed in this food chopper. The safety features make it almost impossible to make it run. We have only been able to make it work two times and cannot seem to figure out how to get the lid on it so it will work again. I would never buy this item again.

I did not need a large processor because I have so many attachments to my KitchenAid stand mixer. I have discovered it is also good for a quick chop of onions, etc. It's fast, durable and the clean up is quick and easy.

I love it. It does seem to drag a bit by the time the blender is half full. Almost like it's going to break. I know I'm not over doing it it's only half full. Otherwise it's a dream.

I have looked at directions and the online video but I have not been able to get it to start. What is the secret? I do get the top to click in place but that does not let me start the chopper. I would like to give it a good review but I need it to function first,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this about 6 months ago and absolutely love it. It is small enough to sit on my counter all the time and look good. It has chopped everything I have given it to chop and in seconds! I even show it off to guests and they are amazed at how fast it chops. It is secure on my countertop and works exactly as expected.

I couldn't wait to start using this. Today was going to ‘the day.' It must take an act of God to remove the lid? Unfortunately, it has been sitting on my counter for nearly an hour while I sift through tutorials which still don't yield an answer. It is ridiculous that KitchenAid design engineers cannot come up with something less cumbersome. Especially, given the cost of their appliances. I would not recommend this to anyone unless they've been warned about the lid, first.

I bought this a week ago. It is not very user friendly. It took me forever to get the thing to chop. It does not explain how to get the lid off, you have to twist it, I thought the directions said lift the lid. Don't know why they ask the age thing for the review. I can read and understand directions. Age has nothing to do with it.
