I got a replacement after my product broke in less than 6 times use and it broke again the same way after I used it for the third time... idk what to do now.. the lights are flashing and the blades are not working

Our three year old blender has developed a leaking problem very similar to what Shane has described below. The bottom has developed a leak which leaves a horizontal line appears after each usage.
