We've had it for several months now. I love that it looks sleek, but it also works great. The dial is great at helping you choose how toasted you want your bread or bagel. It's also super easy to open up the back and clean out the crumbs. Would definitely purchase this if you're in need of a toaster.

Like all toasters, took a bit to get the setting right for our tastes, but it does a good job. Looks like its ill hold up well, but its too early to say. Closest I have to a complaint is that somehow toast seems to come out a bit cooler, so butter doesn't melt quite as well - not a big issue. Appreciate that the metal casing does heat up and present burn hazard.

I can toast bread on one side and cook a bagel on the other at different temperatures and it comes out perfectly every time! It has a wide range of temperatures for the light or dark toast lovers. I also love the 'stop' feature so that I don't pull on the handle to pop the toast up if I want to stop it mid-cycle. This feature keeps the spring mechanisms in great shape This sleek stainless toaster looks so good next to my other kitchenaid appliances. Very pleased with my purchase!

There are a lot of less expensive cheaply made toasters out there but they do not offer the same features nor do they toast as evenly from my experiences. This toaster will stay in my kitchen for a long time.

Great at toasting plain old bread, bagels, English muffins and artisan breads. Not only does the toast pop up you can lift it a bit higher to grab it and when ready the toaster beeps Should have ditched the old toaster sooner

Was not offered in store. Love the style, color combination and the 4 slice option. Love that I have 2 different settings and that there is a signal that sounds when toast cycle is complete. It toasts evenly on both sides. Highly recommend.
