[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster has a great retro look. I love that it's not just a four-slice toaster, you can also set different settings for each side. This works out great because I like my toast dark and my husband likes his light! It toasts perfectly with an easy dial setting. I also like that each side has it's own little crumb tray. I couldn't be happier with it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this for our family at Christmas. I was amazed how precise the settings are. Each of us can get the exact shade on whatever we are toasting. It cleans up very easy and is pleasing to eye sitting on the counter.

I purchased this toaster on April 22, 2022, received it on April 24, 2022, did not use it until today May 18, 2022. It smelled like brunt plastic and suddenly, I could see sparks within the toaster in a panic I unplugged it and took it outside and left it there until it stopped smoking and completely cooled down. I have grandchildren who live with me, if one of my grandson’s would have used the toaster first, my home could have caught fire due to this faulty toaster. I just don’t understand how a company can put a product out without extensive testing for safety. So disappointed with this KitchenAid 4 Slice Toaster with Manual High-Lift Lever. Rating is below poor - Product is a fire hazard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because my old toaster died. I love kitchenaid. I received a stand mixer for my birthday, so why not buy everything new? You can adjust both sides separately. Wouldn't buy any othet brand!!

What's nice is the 4-slotted structure of the toaster - so 2 can be made to my "shade" liking and the other 2 slots can be used for my fiance's preferred toasted "shade".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made and good looking toaster. The audible signal when the toast is done is a plus. I would only request the toaster slots be a little longer, to fit rye bread inside, since those loafs are usually a bit wider than normal. They still toast, but at an angle.

Bought this model as it had some of the best reviews, it was number three on most lists just under Krups and Cuisinart, both of which listed the only cons as “did not toast evenly” and that is why I did not buy either. On these “best of” lists this models only con was it was considered pricey which I did not think it was, until it I found out it consistently toasted unevenly. I gave it 2 stars because it's well made, looks good and technically toasts perfectly on the inside of the toaster pairs not the outside. Returning and will be buying several models to compare

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I knew my out of town family was coming to visit, I know they'd want toasted bagels and lots of them! KitchenAid to the rescue! I have since used it mostly for toast and it toasts PERFECTLY everytime and looks great on the counter. The removable crumb trays make cleanup a breeze too!

Worst customer service ever!! I've been trying to reach customer service for a week, but I can't find a contact person. I tried to reach them via chat and phone but no one answered. I just need a return label, please get in touch with me if you see this review!! I want you to know that when you order any product from Kitchenaid, it will be very difficult to contact customer service.
