[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 3 weeks ago and so far it has been a great addition to the kitchen. We like the sound feature that alerts us when the the toast is done. When we toast bagels they come out evenly toasted. Our prior 4-slice Toaster wasn't great at all as after only a week of owning it, one of the manual levers stopped working. We know this toaster will not do that and it is going to last us for a while.
