Bought this last month, since I needed a double slice toaster. Does a good job, however, when a single slice of bread is put in, it does not toast evenly. English muffins require additional time. The "5" setting could be hotter.

Great toaster. Centers narrow bread slices for even toasting while being able to evenly toast wide slices and bagels as well. Looks great on the counter too, matching the other counter top appliances nicely.

I love this toaster! Each side is individually temperature controlled and can use one side at a time. You can cancel it if the toast color is how you like it. And it has an alarm when the toast pops up!

The beeping sound when toast is ready should have a turn-off option. It's very annoying. And we wish the toaster would accomodate longer pieces of bread and dislike the smaller size limit. But it looks good, at least.
