[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace a1950's model toaster. The only issue I have with the toaster is that is doesn't brown the toast evenly like my old one.

Toasts evenly and I like the bagel option. To get the 5th star, they need to increase the lift spring tension so the toast stays all the way up when done.

Both sides cook different on the same setting. The setting handles are not the same either. They're spring loaded and one pushes down easy the other hard. I'm returning.
