Worst customer service ever!! I've been trying to reach customer service for a week, but I can't find a contact person. I tried to reach them via chat and phone but no one answered. I just need a return label, please get in touch with me if you see this review!! I want you to know that when you order any product from Kitchenaid, it will be very difficult to contact customer service.

It was not expensive, in fact I feel it was very well priced and of high quality. So glad I came across it in my questfor a good toaster appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice to finally have a 4-slice capacity after many years! However, I would say it takes longer to toast my bread than my old Oster. The KitchenAid looks great on counter and the little bit of extra time to toast time is not a deal-breaker.

I just received my toaster and plugged it in. Starts smoking and smells like burning plastic (everything had already been removed from the toaster). My husband said it was just because of new coils. Ok, well then I put 2 frozen waffles on 3, burnt. Put 2 new ones in on 1, perfect. Then decided to test a piece of bread since it wasn't frozen. Put one in on 1 and came out burnt. I am not pleased that I spent all this money on a toaster that I cannot make toast in.

I like the bell telling me the toast is done in case I am by the stove checking the eggs. The toaster is attractive looking on the counter.Can’t go wrong with a Kitchen Aid!

I bought this toaster and the lowest setting burns my toast.We try to remember popping the toaster early but we get busy and forget alot. I don't want to have to purchase a different toaster but I might have to do that. Did I find a lemon? I owned a different kitchen aid toaster before this and never had an issue with it until it stopped working after 10 years.

I bought this toaster for the brand name thinking they still built quality products. Well guess who was wrong... I use the left side & I like my toast light-medium & am constantly changing how brown my toast should be. I think i have it set right & then the next time my toast is barely toast or overly dark brown. So I reset it again and it still goes one way or the other. Hubby hasn't complained about the right side, his is set for dark brown. I will be reluctant to buy another Kitchen-aid

But we wanted to be able to toast 4 slices at a time so we didn’t have to delay breakfast! This toaster makes it happen, and it looks classic to boot. Definitely buy this thing if you want a reliable toaster!

My toast has been coming out perfectly and the toaster is very nice looking.The stainless steel is an easy upkeep. I had my previous KitchenAid toaster for 20+ years so I'm expecting great things from my new one!
