It's a fine toaster but overpriced for what it is. We bought it strictly for the brand-name because we wanted all of our kitchen appliances to be the same brand. We had an old four slice Black

Both sides cook different on the same setting. The setting handles are not the same either. They're spring loaded and one pushes down easy the other hard. I'm returning.

Nothing fancy. Just the basics and I love it! Sturdy and not flimsy like some other light weight toasters. Also toasts evenly. The extra wide slots make this toaster larger than normal. Be sure you have enough room. Great value for the money.
