[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do love my toaster, it took me few days to make my husband agree to buy it from KitchenAid, but when I took him to the store and we compared different companies, KitchenAid was the sturdiest one. We love quality of it, the buttons works and it does it's job in general. It took us a while to figure out which level put our breads on, but now we are happy users.

Very good toaster I like it a lot especially with bagels. It’s good for bagels.

We are a family of seven & getting a quick bite to eat on our way out the door ie. toast, waffle, English muffin or bagel, has been so much more easier & quicker with the four slice toaster. The SS surfaces are fantastic at hiding fingerprints from the small hands that want to do it themselves-easy to clean too. Overall a great buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks modern and nice, but the toast on one side gets burnt while the other side is nice, even though the bagel control is off. Therefore, the setting needs to be where one side is toasted properly while the other side is barely toasted. Too bad quality in workmanship no longer is important to the makers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a new toaster because the old one was not toasting evenly. Well...this one isn't doing any better. I have to toast things twice (flipping the bread) because one side doesn't get toasted.

I've had the toaster for over 5 months now, and it's by far one of the worse toaster I've owned. Almost burns the toast on setting #1 and completely burns it on setting #2 and above. I have to stand over the toaster and manual stop it to get the perfect toast. I would buy an new one but I have too many mouths to feed and I'm to cheap to spend money on a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thought was that this toaster looks like some we have seen at a bed & breakfast. It is quite a bit larger than the sleek Kitchen Aid we had previously but we wanted the 4 slice size. The wide slots & extra lift up are good features. The beep when the toast is done isn't necessary for us but we'll get use to the tone.

It does not toast evenly at all, and the "ready" tone is silly, it sounds at the same time as it goes up, which is loud enough. The measurements were not correct so it doesn't fit where we planned on storing it. Right now it's back in the box, and I'm using my old Sunbeam because it seems better to me now after using this expensive one and not happy. And the red color is cheesy, very plastic color.
