I typically roast my own coffee, but it's an outdoor activity and non-stop rain, heat, and humidity have made that tough this summer. I haven't had a magical coffee fairy offer up a smokeless coffee roaster yet (joking), so I'm back to drinking coffee others roast. This one isn't bad. It's low-acidity which is great when age is wearing down the enamel on your teeth. It's rich and smooth. No bitterness at all. I really enjoy it and the price is fantastic. I've loved it cold brew style too. I use a burr grinder, oatmilk half and half, and a splash of Sweet Cream SuperCreamer for a touch of sweetness.

My wife and I are about to finish our first bag of Pablo's Pride whole bean cofffee. We found it to be a very pleasant coffee. The taste is fresh, robust and slightly sweet without any bitterness. I was a bit cautious due to some of the negative reviews, but every coffee has some, regardless of whether sold through Sam's or elsewhere. Tastes are different accross the board and people have their own preferences for certain flavor profiles. Pablo's Pride is a generally well rounded and enjoyable coffee, that I believe most people would enjoy and that is reflected in the overall positive reviews.

Just getting ready to stock up on this coffee again. I have a Jura that goes from grinding beans to pouring a great cup of coffee. I have it set on robust and I get a perfect cup every time. The next major plus is the low acid level. Since this coffee was unavailable the last time I went to Sam’s, I purchased the house brand…the acid level had me reaching for my antacid.

This coffee is one of the best I’ve had. For those who have said it is on the weaker side you need to slow your brew down. I have not found a better roasted coffee for the price. We are Starbucks House coffee drinkers because of the consistency in flavor but this coffee compares extremely well and has surprised us with its flavor. I really enjoy every cup and look forward to trying it in my new espresso machine when it arrives in a few days. I highly recommend it!

This is a nicely bold coffee. I am happy with the purchase. Hope Sam's continues to carry it.
