They're good.. they're taking effect in a short time. What I don't like is that he says you take two gumps and two the next day I felt marid and even sleepy... just take a gum.

I bought these a month ago and haven't woken up in the middle of the night. These work amazing. I bought the 50 QTY so i'm excited to buy the bigger bottle.

I absolutely love these! I take them almost every night and they taste delicious. I do not feel groggy in the morning and it helps calm me down during the night which helps my anxiety a ton.

These taste so good…hard to not take more than you're supposed to! I don't know if I notice a significant difference in a better sleep but I think it helped me fall asleep. I did however experience vivid weird dreams!

Day 2 of trying it but so far so good! Definitely makes you sleepy and it's a very natural way of doing so. I have been waking up without feeling groggy!

I like the flavor of these melatonin vitamins compared to other brands, but it was a little too expensive for daily use for me so I have stopped purchasing. I do like it for a melatonin source though and would recommend.

Again just a super tasty vitamin that help me sleep and they were super tasty I feel like I could get dangerous if you don't eat too many of them and pass out lol but definitely worth the money if you need help sleeping 

I have been taking the sleep gummies before bed for a week and kid you not, I have never slept better! My husband is a toss and turner and my 30lb dog sleeps next to me like velcro, and even they have not disrupted my sleep!! I feel great!!

I have trouble sleeping and these knock me out. Helps that they are delicious too! The packaging is cute. They also sell these in smaller pouches which are great for travel! Definitely a repurchase.
