I do believe these gummies help me get to sleep. It eases you into rest which is pleasant. But I am not able to stay asleep for more than a few hours. Maybe 5 max. So I’m up too early but feeling tired earlier too.

I am the biggest fan of these melatonin supplements! I have tried many different brands and these changed my life! I have the best sleep and since they are 3mg, you can choose whether you take one or two depending on how they affect you!

Helps me fall sleep, again this brand is a bit expensive but it worth it. I take one of these everyday before going to sleep since I have trouble actually falling asleep.

These tasted really good and I enjoyed them so it encouraged me to use them. The packaging is cute and I liked to keep it on my bedside stand but I didn’t like that they had so much sugar.

These actually work they don't make you feel horrible in the moring either they actually help you a good night's sleep and they taste good unlike others

This product was hit or miss, sometimes it would work for me and other times it would work so it wasnt really reliable to me. I also didnt like how it was in gummy form because I would have to remember to take it before brushing my teeth.

I loved taking these regularly until recently. They taste awful, like a bad chemistry experiment, and the texture has changed as well. Throwing them away.

These are good. The flavor is good, easy to eat. They kick in fairly quickly but I do find that I wake up part way through the night and am wide awake for a while.

these do work well when i’m having trouble sleeping consistently for a while but they stop working as well the longer you take them. definitely better to take for shorter periods at a time
