i liked the texture of the gummy and the flavor was pleasing. Easy to use. It would be cool to be able to buy container refills in little packs to not have to have an entire new container each month, perhaps like the travel pouches in a larger pouch.

I don't necessarily know if these helped me sleep or they just made me feel like I could sleep better. I took them during the pandemic when I was having trouble sleeping and I still found myself struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep after taking. Don't know if it was like a placebo.

Loved how fast they made me fall asleep at first but ended up tossing and turning through the night and waking up for the smallest sounds and lighting changes by day 3 of use. Also had extremely vivid dreams/nightmares.i tried playing with the amount I was taking and saw no improvements from taking any more or less. I used to take a different melatonin supplement with a similar dosage before trying OLLY and will be needing to switch back.

These work great and taste so yummy. It's like having a little treat before bed to make you sleepy! Despite that I've found that only taking 1 mg actually works better than taking more but still love these when I run out of the 1 mg ones I take from Walgreens!

They taste good but I never really noticed a difference while I was taking them. I don't think they did anything for me to help me sleep I might just be too light of a sleeper for them though. I tried them for a whole month and didn't see results from taking them 

I tend to have a difficult time falling asleep and staying asleep. I like these gummies. They help to calm my mind so that I can fall asleep and stay asleep. I also do not wake up feeling groggy when I take these. I like these better than Zzzquil since they do not taste as sugary and they don't turn my whole mouth purple like the Zzzquil gummies.

The BEST over-the-counter sleep aid on the market!! I've turned this product on to so many friends and family members, I wish Olly would sponsor me lol! I use them every night and don't plan to stop any time soon. They take about 30 minutes to 'kick in' for me and I sleep solid throughout the night. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been using these for roughly a week and am very impressed with how well they work. This bottle includes 50 gummies. The recommended serving size is two gummies. These are a nice blackberry flavor with a slight mint after taste. I really love the Olly bottles as they're child proof and must be pushed down/turned to open. These contain melatonin, L-Theanine, and different botanicals. They have no artificial colors and are gluten free. I can take two gummies and within an hour or so, I'm asleep. I've found that these help keep me asleep through the night and I feel well rested in the morning.

I initially purchase this to try and see if they helped me fall asleep faster and get a better quality of sleep after a full jar I realized they did nothing for me. The flavor was ok, price is ok as well, kinda the same price range of other similar supplements unfortunately this didn't do much for me so I never repurchased it.
