Calms you, but I wouldn't say it really helped me fall asleep to stay asleep. Seemed better for me to take during the day to ease my nerves or when I felt stressed or anxious… the melatonin about isn't nearly as high as compare to other homeopathic vitamins/supplements etc, so don't really think it's for “sleep” for me at least.

For a first user of supplements like these I'm very impressed. At first I was kinda nervous and or didn't think that this product would work. But as you can see I'm giving this product a 5 star to show that IT DOES! I have had problem falling asleep lately and this forsure s put you to sleep in less than 30 minutes.

Ok so these definitely work and help you fall asleep (and quickly) however these gave me the WORST night terrors. I will most likely never take them again due to how scary it was. I have family that takes them and don't have the terrors so everyone is different this is just my personal experience!

I take melatonin and every night. This is my favorite brand to take. It doesn't taste bad and they're pretty effective and I fall asleep at a decent time. I still do get side affects like sometimes I get sweaty when I'm sleeping but it doesn't bother me that much because I actually sleep.

I love these because they do knock you out. It's a 50ct so they have lasted me a long time especially since I don't use them everyday. I like when I eat them it's very quick and subtle for you to feel sleepy. When waking up I don't feel groggy, I feel as if I genuinely had a good nights rest.

I've tried several types of melatonin gummies and these are by far my favorite. They cost more than others but in my opinion are worth it. They have a great flavor and i always have a fantastic nights sleep when I take them. Just make sure you don't wait until right before you go to bed. Take them about 30-60 minutes before. Will buy again!

These are great they really helped both me and my boyfriend to get more sleep. I felt after a while they didn't work as well. Also I do not think they are for daily use so I needed something stronger from my doctor but they helped at the time. They taste good too!

I've been using these for roughly a week and am very impressed with how well they work. This bottle includes 50 gummies. The recommended serving size is two gummies. These are a nice blackberry flavor with a slight mint after taste. I really love the Olly bottles as they're child proof and must be pushed down/turned to open. These contain melatonin, L-Theanine, and different botanicals. They have no artificial colors and are gluten free. I can take two gummies and within an hour or so, I'm asleep. I've found that these help keep me asleep through the night and I feel well rested in the morning.

I have a hard time getting to sleep, so these seemed to do the trick. I would definitely recommend these restful sleep gummies for everyone who struggles with sleep!

These are crazy strong. 10mg (2 gummies) is the recommended dose, but my husband and I typically only take half of one (2.5 mg). That gets the job done. And these aren't the best tasting melatonin gummies I've tried either. They're not gross but they're not as yummy as others I've tried.
