Searched for a long time to find a melatonin product that worked for me. I only need one Blackberry Zen for great sleep!

These work but taste really gross The mint flavor with the berry before bed just doesn’t taste good. Why can’t they just be berry flavor?

I really wanted these to work, as I struggle with sleep issues constantly. Tried on multiple occasions & followed their instructions, but never noticed a difference. If anything my sleep tended to be worse when I took them.

These are not very good. There is a grainy feel to them almost as if they were not properly prepared before packaging. At 3MG I do not get a sense of relaxation nor a restful sleep.
