First night I took these I slept almost the whole night thru. Now I take them when I need a good nights sleep.

Terrible aftertaste. All night long. Doesn't improve my sleep. But nothing does except prescription meds.

These do help and i take 2 every nite and fall asleep within 30 minutes but they do not always keep me asleep or I would give 5 stars
