I fall asleep so fast after taking these, probably the strongest melatonin's i've tried. Keeps me asleep all night no issues.

These worked a charm. The dose isn't so high I was groggy in the morning, just enough to help me get to sleep. Texture was good and flavor was mild

nope nope nope nope. not only did i have trouble sleeping, i kept waking up. the mixture of ingredients just ended up not being a good fit for me

This never works for me. I don't think it's this brand in particular I think melatonin just doesn't work for me.
