I take these when I know I need to get good night of sleep. It knocks me out in less than 45 minutes.

I don't know if these really helped or if It was placebo. I didn't notice a big change when I took them.

This stuff works very well! It can be potent but when you're looking for a good nights sleep this stuff will have you out!!

these knock me out!! I take them about 30 min before bed, and I fall straight to sleep. they also taste yummy, which is a plus!

I wanted to like this supplement more than I did. I would say it was mildly effective, but didn't give me the deep/restful sleep I was hoping for.

My boyfriend enjoys these however if he relies on them to fully sleep, he needs more than 2 which is unhealthy in our opinion

i like these gummies because they are low calorie unlike some melatonin gummies and i feel like they work very well and the flavor is yummy
