Favorite melatonin brand. I've tried multiple options of melatonin before, but this one truly puts me to sleep and helps me stay asleep-and it tastes really good!

Melatonin works great in these. Put me right to sleep but not too strong or too weak like other sleep supplements and products I have tried. Overall, definitely recommend.
