these things are delicious! almost didn't realize I was taking something to help sleep, awsom bonus of it being a gummie because I hate taking pills. it also work pretty good and withing the first 15-20 roughly you can definitely tell its working.

This put me into such a deep sleep I could not wake up for work in the morning. I was also groggy and falling asleep throughout the day. I'm super happy that it worked, but I think it may have worked a little too well lol.

It did take a little longer than I liked, but these gummies did help calm me down and gently ease me to sleep. I had to take one more than the recommended dose, but I normally have a hard time falling asleep.
