I love love love these. I read somewhere that melatonin might actually just provide a placebo effect, and I do not care. I take these religiously every night and sleep like a baby. No more lying awake at night, which has changed my life

These gunmies are amazing. I really feel like they made a difference in my sleep schedule. The only con is that they can get quite pricey and they don't last very long. I would definitely recommend and re purchase when I have extra money on hand.

I swear by these for jet lag. Helps to regulate sleep if you take on first night in a new time zone. Just don't try to stay awake after you take it or can miss the window and then it's too hard to sleep.

Oh love these ( I like any excuse to eat beneficial fruit snacks) I take these for the melatonin but really any melatonin would do as well as CBD an hour before bed to wind down

I use them with My husband. They definitely help you to relax before you go to sleep but if you are really have issue with sleeping, they will be to weak.
