These melatonin gummies work! They are effective and I feel rested. They unfortunately do not taste the best and make it hard to want to chew them. Texture is fine though.

A gentle, easy way to assist with falling asleep. I love that the melatonin is a low does , I worry that I will be groggy the next day; the dosage is just enough to help you fall asleep and feel refreshed the next morning.

These work and I love the brand. However this flavor was disgusting. No body in my household could stand the flavor. But if that doesn't bother you they did do the job.

These are good. The flavor is good, easy to eat. They kick in fairly quickly but I do find that I wake up part way through the night and am wide awake for a while.

I have a hard time getting to sleep. I have tried many different doses of melatonin over the years. Nothing seems to work. It all gives me nightmares and makes.me jump up out of bed after five hours

Great way to take melatonin. The gummies taste yummy and they're affordable. Take about 20 minutes to kick in and then you'll get a good nights sleep.

I had never used melatonin or any sleeping supplements prior to this one. I tried this when I got to college and it really helped me so I tried some other brands but none compared!

These did nothing for me. They smelled bad, tasted awful. They were a harder consistency for a gummy. I liked the bottle and package and that's why I purchased but I would not recommend these. I even took 1 more than recommended.

This stuff made me horribly drowsy the next day, so I figured I would try it one more night, same thing, I felt like terrible all day. I won’t be taking this , ever again
