Perfect solution for not getting enough water/hydration .. one daily with my airborne effervescent in my water bottle

This is the only thing that relieves my body cramps. I have ended up the hospital for them. I drink one a day and have not had any cramps in a year.

The test is terrible and my tongue has weird feeling (salty) after 2 weeks of drinking it. I don't know if there is any benefit to my cramp yet. I would preferred one package per bottle rather than one pack for three bottles.

West Texas summers are no joke and this is the only thing that keeps me hydrated and feeling great! One packet in a 32 oz water jug is perfect for me. My kids love it too and I like that it's so much better for us than Gatorade.

This product has a great taste and is low in calories. It works great after a long night out or a day in the hott Florida heat. I would highly recommend.
