[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have taken Tumeric before. It does help my joints and I did also notice a difference when taking these supplements. They work well and seem very high quality. They do taste pretty bad in my opinion, but otherwise I really liked them.

The size of the capsules are a bit intimidating at first, but they were easy to swallow with some water. I've been using these turmeric supplements for a little more than a week and I've already noticed some changes. The main change I've had is with regularity. I suffer from mild ibs and cycle from one extreme to the other. Since taking this, I've been exactly where you want to be and it has been a consistent, everyday thing. I was also experiencing some recent knee pain before this and it has subsided quite a bit. I don't know if that is due to the supplement or if it is healing on it's own. I plan to finish the bottle and will likely purchase more.

The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. I didn't feel any difference after 2 weeks of taking but I think I need more time to determine any changes. I'm on my feet a lot at work and experience knee pain so I'm hoping this will help with the pain.

The capsules are easy to swallow and are high quality. Clear packaging. I was taking another brand of turmeric before, so I did not note a huge difference in inflammation, but I do feel that the Youtheory brand has better absorption. Ivwill continue to use and trust the Youtheory brand.
