For example, I had multivitamin but was in pill form. For this one, I had to get some water. Get 2 capsules and drank them with water in capsule form. I did this with no problem. To own this product would take a small amount of time to consume this. I would buy this product and can do it anytime. My friends or family would know about this soon. Online and in person.

I don't usually try out any new dietary trends but the effectiveness of turmeric as a very healthy spice has been known for centuries. Ayurveda swears by its anti inflammatory properties. This year I have been making an effort to take care of my health a lot more and this is one more step in that direction. Too soon to have noticed a difference but the capsule is easy to swallow and I have been taking one every day and will continue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't really sure, because I didn't see a great explanation, of what taking turmeric supplements was supposed to do for my health and body. I did some self research and confirmed that turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties that can be good for joints as well as things like skin evening. After taking Youtheory for two weeks I've definitely noticed a more glowing look to my face! As for my overall health I've felt a little less tired and my mood has improved of the past couple of weeks. The supplements for the biggest change I have made recently so I tribute appositive adjustments to that. The capsules were very easy to swallow and I had no adverse side effects from recommended dosage amount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great way to get a daily dose of the awesome healing benefits of Turmeric. I mainly wanted to try it to see if it helped improve some general aches and pains I have. I began going to a chiropractor in 2020 to help with constant hip pain, after my regular doctor said I had sciatica and/or bursitis and because of Covid my chiro offices has been closed so I was looking for alternative treatments. Anti-inflammatory meds would work for a while but I also have high blood pressure and really don't like to take them more than I have to. I have noticed a big difference in joint pain and muscle recovery after a workout. I now try to take some form of Tumeric daily, Tumeric powder in my smoothie, or the Youtheory tumeric on the days I don't drink one. The only downside I noticed was occassionaly burping/upset stomach after taking supplement so I started taking them at night before bed and the problem was not noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tumeric is supposed to have a whole host of benefits, and while I can't say for sure if it provided them, it certainly didn't hurt anything. That is not to say I didn't get any benefit, but when you are looking at things like preventing something or being an anti inflammatory it's kind of hard to measure. I will say these were extremely easy to take. You are supposed to take 2 a day. I have a hard enough time trying to remember to take vitamins/pills so I just took them both at the same time and it seemed to be fine. I also didn't notice any nasuea or anything if I took them in an empty stomach. Overall they were easy to take and no negative side effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try Tumeric as I have heard it can help with arthritis. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. I have been in a lot of pain lately. I have only had the product 2 weeks and feel it may not be enough time to give it a fair review. Currently I have not noticed any decrease in pain or anything that would lead me to believe the product is worth buying, however it's only been two weeks maybe and a product should have at least a month to allow a fair review. So I can only give three stars at this time. I like the bottle and label , instructions are clear. It would be cool to have a better understanding of what the benefits of taking , listed on the bottle

A once per day dosage, easy to swallow with no aftertaste. It will be interesting to note any health benefits after a month of consistent use.

I'm sure it might work wonders for other uses. So I would recommend giving it a try for your particular needs. Everyone is different and react differently.
