[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This supplement had the highest amount of Curcumin that I could find. Hard to really review this type of thing since you don't get visible results. I started taking Curcumin/turmeric for my overall health and while I feel pretty good, I can't contribute it to this supplement but I will say that it does not upset my stomach and I have had no side effects.

My joints weren't as stiff and this is from a 30 something with RA. Would definitely recommend this products

Having this in an easy to take capsule has been so convenient. While I would have given 5 stars for an organic source, I still found it to be easy on the stomach and fit in nicely on the counter.

It supports my joint health and helps with inflammation. My skin feels tighter and my overall health is legit better. Highly recommended!

This is in pill form and it has been so much easier to take on the go. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks and haven't noticed a huge improvement (hence the 4 stars), but I know if I keep at it, that I will continue to see my results increase over time. Since taking this turmeric my pain has stopped. My legs aren't aching and my back isn't hurting! I live when a natural product works, so I don't have to use a prescription for pain! I also love that this product is natural and doesn't contain soy! I have thyroid troubles and being able to avoid soy in a capsule is a huge win for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tumeric is supposed to have a whole host of benefits, and while I can't say for sure if it provided them, it certainly didn't hurt anything. That is not to say I didn't get any benefit, but when you are looking at things like preventing something or being an anti inflammatory it's kind of hard to measure. I will say these were extremely easy to take. You are supposed to take 2 a day. I have a hard enough time trying to remember to take vitamins/pills so I just took them both at the same time and it seemed to be fine. I also didn't notice any nasuea or anything if I took them in an empty stomach. Overall they were easy to take and no negative side effects.

The size of the capsules are a bit intimidating at first, but they were easy to swallow with some water. I've been using these turmeric supplements for a little more than a week and I've already noticed some changes. The main change I've had is with regularity. I suffer from mild ibs and cycle from one extreme to the other. Since taking this, I've been exactly where you want to be and it has been a consistent, everyday thing. I was also experiencing some recent knee pain before this and it has subsided quite a bit. I don't know if that is due to the supplement or if it is healing on it's own. I plan to finish the bottle and will likely purchase more.

I also noticed that while using this product my face looks a lot less swollen than usual but also has a healthy glow. I highly recommend drinking lots of water while taking this extra strength turmeric!
