[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking two capsules per day since receiving the product. I have not experienced in negative side effects. After doing research and reading the label, I'm still not 100% sure what the benefits are supposed to be for taking tumeric. Antioxidant properties - hard to assess whether it is working for this or not, maybe over a longer period of time. Healthy Inflammation Response - I play tennis and often have joint pain due to inflammation, but I'm not sure if this is they type of inflammation that is being referred to. I have not noticed a change in joint pain and still needed ibuprofen occasionally to managed pain. Wide-ranging health benefits - really wish this was more specific. Hard to review and assess whether or not this supplement is successful. As with many supplements, taking it for at least 30 days is usually recommended before assessing results, unfortunately, the review period for this product is not that long. I would recommend, but only because it hasn't caused any negative effects, not because I've noticed any benefits to date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking these for about 3 1/2 weeks. After the first week, I didn't notice any difference. About midway thru the 2nd week is when I really started noticing the inflammation in my knee was almost completely gone. Now, the stiffness is gone, as well. I highly recommend that anyone suffering from any kind of inflammation start taking these.

I did notice that I had stomach cramps which I never get but cannot attribute it to this product. I noticed that my excrement was a bright yellow color so the product went fully through my system I didn't notice any anti-inflammatory properties however.

You want to give it sometime to build up a level before you'll notice the benefits. I do feel like using a better brand, spending additional money is the way to go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the directions said to take for two weeks before writing a review. I must say that I saw differences before two weeks. By day 3/4 my bloating went away! And then by end of the two weeks my inflammation had significantly went down! This is huge for me as I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and suffer from inflammation daily! I finally had a night where my hands didn't go numb on me!!! And I slept really well!! I definitely would recommend this product as it has made a difference for me!!!

This is in pill form and it has been so much easier to take on the go. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks and haven't noticed a huge improvement (hence the 4 stars), but I know if I keep at it, that I will continue to see my results increase over time. Great product!
