[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have sciatic nerve pain. My physician recommended I work out regularly and try turmeric to help reduce inflammation. My hometown is in Thailand. Turmeric is a common spice that we use for cooking and in beauty products. I occasionally cook Thai curry with turmeric powder. Honestly I never noticed an effect & I think it might be because only a small amount is used (1 teaspoon for whole pot). Then, I had a chance to try this turmeric extra strength formula. It amazes me how it works. It helps me a lot with my hip pain. Another unexpected result is that my acne is getting visibly better. I definitely like this. I only have 1 concern. Is it safe for long term use? Please let me know if you know the answer. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try Tumeric as I have heard it can help with arthritis. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis. I have been in a lot of pain lately. I have only had the product 2 weeks and feel it may not be enough time to give it a fair review. Currently I have not noticed any decrease in pain or anything that would lead me to believe the product is worth buying, however it's only been two weeks maybe and a product should have at least a month to allow a fair review. So I can only give three stars at this time. I like the bottle and label , instructions are clear. It would be cool to have a better understanding of what the benefits of taking , listed on the bottle

However packaging was nice, safe and high quality ingredients. No odd smell or taste like some I've taken before and no stomach side effects. Will have to wait and see in a month if I notice any changes from consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only real complaint it the bottom; round opening on a box makes for some awkward angles if you're the type to reach in for instead of dumping out the capsules. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure of what all the "health benefits" are supposed to be, so I wasn't able to figure out if any particular aspect of my body or mind were "affected" one way or the other by taking this product. That being said, I had no ill effects from it, and unless I'm told otherwise, I'm sure there are actual benefits of taking turmeric.

It has helped ease inflammation post workouts which is a huge plus. I appreciated the fact that this contains 95% curcuminoids using C3 Reduct along with Bioperine for absorption. My biggest complaint about this product and is why I did not give it 5 stars was bc it does not contain any ginger which is used to help ease digestive issues and I did have some issues the first few days starting this but balanced it out by drinking celery juice in the morning before taking these.
