Once I started taking youtheory's turmeric, I felt a difference. The inflammation has reduced and I haven't had to take any pain meds in a couple weeks. However, in the few days I've been taking it my skin is clear and my tummy tolerated this well in combination with several other vitamins I was already taking. Therefore, if it has other long term health benefits, I think it's a great addition to my daily regimen. Looking forward to seeing if it has an impact on my PMS symptons next week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend Turmeric Extra Strength to others because, unlike my other turmeric capsules, I could take one and have even more turmeric in the dose. With my others, I had to take 2 large capsules daily and it still didn't equal 1000mg. On the flip side of that, the capsule is still pretty large, which makes it a bit difficult to swallow. If you aren't good with swallowing pills, this might be a struggle for you because if you don't get it down the first attempt, you may actually start to taste it, which isn't a particularly pleasant taste. I would buy this product again but I would definitely keep my eyes on the lookout for a smaller capsule.

I'm sure it might work wonders for other uses. So I would recommend giving it a try for your particular needs. Everyone is different and react differently.

It is recommended to take 2 at a time but the first day I did so, my stomache did not agree with me so i cut my dosage in half at one pill a day. I did some research and this can be a common side effect. One pill a day seems to be fine. Pills have no taste and a beautiful gold color to it. I don't feel any changes in my body but it's only been a few weeks so i'm looking forward to finishing my bottle.

A once per day dosage, easy to swallow with no aftertaste. It will be interesting to note any health benefits after a month of consistent use.

I can feel them get stuck in my throat, I have to drink a whole bottle of water when taking them. I also didn't have any effects after taking them for the 15 recommended days. I probably wouldn't buy it again.
