I take 2 in the morning with my smoothie and Im good to go. I had no adverse effects nor did it have any after taste. I think everyone should try to incorporate tumeric into their vitamin regimen.

I'm not sure what benefit I was supposed to gain from it, so I can't say for sure whether I got what I should from it. I did feel more energetic the last couple of weeks, but that could be from other things like better sleep, exercise, coffee etc. And maybe this isn't supposed to be an energy supplement. The pills are easy to swallow in capsule form. They're a bit large, but otherwise go down fairly smoothly. They don't taste too strong like eating actual turmeric. If you need turmeric but find the taste too strong in traditional form, this is a good product. Otherwise I wouldn't waste money on it.

I did notice that I had stomach cramps which I never get but cannot attribute it to this product. I noticed that my excrement was a bright yellow color so the product went fully through my system I didn't notice any anti-inflammatory properties however.

Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength states to support one's healthy inflammation response. I would say that it works for the most part, however I did sleep on my neck wrong one night and it took a couple of days to feel better, faster than the usual four or five to be back to 100 percent. So, in theory the turmeric may have played a part, but I would not be certain. I do like that Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength uses some great technology to deliver its benefits to you. This I find ideal as if I am going to take a supplement, I want it to be effective. I also love that it is in pill form! This is because I am not a fan as turmeric as a flavor, but am thrilled that I can get its benefits through a pill form.

Suffering from chronic inflammation is a constant battle. I used turmeric wrong for many years. In finding that adding black pepper is the key to unlocking turmeric's full benefits. Youtheory has just that and more with extra added curcumin. This 1,000 mg. Extra Strength Formula has reduced my swelling and inflammation throughout my body and with digestion. I've even seen my complexion brighter due to the antioxidants. I'm definitely investing in this. The only thing I'd say is adding Ginger and this would be my perfect supplement. They are capsules that are light in color with no taste and don't hurt my stomach. I've been taking this brand for about a week and a half now and have noticed a few things. I have only taken the turmeric supplements for 2 weeks and I really haven't noticed a big difference in the way I feel yet. It may be because I haven't taken them long enough as it usually takes a month before I start seeing or feeling results with anything I take.
