I have chronic knee pain amd was having to take nsaids all day and night After taking this everyday for a few weeks this little gem has greatly decreased my pain and inflammation. I could find only one downside and that is the size of the capsules, they are quite large and hard to swallow sometimes. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I suffer from major depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I have GERD along with some other stomach issues and this supplement didn't affect it at all, which is surprising and a blessing. I often struggle with supplements being pushed back up into my esophagus and these did not!!!! I still have more to take and plan on finishing out the bottle.

Having this in an easy to take capsule has been so convenient. While I would have given 5 stars for an organic source, I still found it to be easy on the stomach and fit in nicely on the counter.

I'm sure it did some thing for me because I know turmeric is good for our bodies. The pills are kind of large but I didn't feel any better or worse after taking this for a couple weeks.

With not having taken it too long I can't tell too much of a difference yet but I am still taking it because I know the effects especially long term are great for you! Turmeric helps with inflammation and that is my main reason for it. I like the packaging, the veggie capsules and that these are easy to consume. So far so good. I will recommend for sure. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taken the turmeric for 2 weeks now, but I also use the ashwaghanda from Youtheory. The capsules are easy to swallow and are high quality. Clear packaging. I was taking another brand of turmeric before, so I did not note a huge difference in inflammation, but I do feel that the Youtheory brand has better absorption. Ivwill continue to use and trust the Youtheory brand.

After doing research and reading the label, I'm still not 100% sure what the benefits are supposed to be for taking tumeric. Antioxidant properties - hard to assess whether it is working for this or not, maybe over a longer period of time. Healthy Inflammation Response - I play tennis and often have joint pain due to inflammation, but I'm not sure if this is they type of inflammation that is being referred to. I have not noticed a change in joint pain and still needed ibuprofen occasionally to managed pain. Wide-ranging health benefits - really wish this was more specific. Hard to review and assess whether or not this supplement is successful. As with many supplements, taking it for at least 30 days is usually recommended before assessing results, unfortunately, the review period for this product is not that long. I would recommend, but only because it hasn't caused any negative effects, not because I've noticed any benefits to date.

Not only is my blood pressure running slightly lower but my aching joints seem to be improving everyday. I suffer from arthritis in my elbows, knees and hands. So the relief these pills are providing for that along with my lowered blood pressure has been a blessing. They are easy to swallow and leave no foul taste or bad after taste.
