I can feel them get stuck in my throat, I have to drink a whole bottle of water when taking them. I also didn't have any effects after taking them for the 15 recommended days. I probably wouldn't buy it again.

The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. I'm not 100% sure this supplement had any I change on my body, but there were no negative effects.

I did notice that I had stomach cramps which I never get but cannot attribute it to this product. I noticed that my excrement was a bright yellow color so the product went fully through my system I didn't notice any anti-inflammatory properties however.

It makes me feel like I'm starting the year on the right foot by incorporating these along with a healthy diet abs exercise. With a hard exercise routine I like that I'm not in so much pain because of taking these. And during Covid when I'm too afraid to go to my doctors I know that it acts as an antioxidant, keeping me healthy and preventing disease. Plus there are many skin benefits like perking up dull skin from within.

I was excited to try youtheory turmeric as I've heard good things about turmeric. After taking 2 capsules right after my workouts for a couple of weeks, I definitely noticed a difference in my recovery! My muscles did not feel sore and I felt like I had more energy.
