[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capsules are large, larger than I prefer them to be personally, but also not the largest ones I've taken. And thankfully they go down fairly easily. I can't say that I've seen intense benefits or changes just yet but I generally try to eat healthy and take lots of supplements as well. I like that these are vegetarian capsules. They're a good way to get turmeric in you, more than you can possibly get through meals and drinks alone. At first you think they colored the capsule itself - that's how orange these pills look. But I broke one open and you can see that it is actually the color of the turmeric filling the capsule to the brim that colors it that way. To be honest, it does look like they might have colored the turmeric with something. It seems more orange than natural, but I really don't know.

However packaging was nice, safe and high quality ingredients. No odd smell or taste like some I've taken before and no stomach side effects. Will have to wait and see in a month if I notice any changes from consuming.

I'm sure it might work wonders for other uses. So I would recommend giving it a try for your particular needs. Everyone is different and react differently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I used to take a turmeric supplement because turmeric helps with inflammation and I have a few autoimmune conditions that cause inflammation, particularly of my sweat glands. I stopped taking the turmeric because I was worried it would interact badly with my blood pressure medication, but I didn't like how I had to deal with my armpits getting all swollen again because of the inflammation. I talked to my doctor about the Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength supplements before agreeing to take them, and he told me it would be ok to take these and they wouldn't interact badly with my blood pressure medication, so I was excited to give them a try when BzzAgent offered me a free bottle in exchangeforan honest review. I'm happy to report that after taking them for a weeknow, the swelling in my armpits has gone down to almost nonexistent. The pills have a coating that can get a bit sticky and give me a "caught in the throat" kind of feeling, so I have to make sure to take them with food so I have something to swallow to make them go down, but otherwise I'm happy with this product and I intend to keep buying it even after my free supply from BzzAgent runs out. I think if you have problems with inflammation, I would definitely talk with your doctor about trying this product because the pain relief seriously feels great.

I've started a new workout regiment, and the turmeric has definitely helped with my muscle recovery which has helped me stick to my new routine. I've noticed I have been experiencing less swelling and less arthritis pain. The only part that did not really impressed me was the size of the container these supplements come in. It seems like a waste of plastic to me, the pills barely even come 1/4 of the way up in this bottle. If they would create a new packaging with a smaller bottle then they would get five stars from me.

This supplement did not work for me at all. I bought this one because it was on sale and am so disappointed, I am now in pain and waiting for my regular brand to arrive. I have had great success with turmeric with two other brands. Will never buy this again as it does nothing.

Not only is my blood pressure running slightly lower but my aching joints seem to be improving everyday. I suffer from arthritis in my elbows, knees and hands. So the relief these pills are providing for that along with my lowered blood pressure has been a blessing. They are easy to swallow and leave no foul taste or bad after taste.
