I would walk about three miles and the next morning when getting out of bed my hip and feet would hurt so bad but now it's not so bad to get out of bed. I've been taking one in the morning and one before bed. The pill is very easy to swallow. Overall I like this product and would continue to take it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would recommend Turmeric Extra Strength to others because, unlike my other turmeric capsules, I could take one and have even more turmeric in the dose. With my others, I had to take 2 large capsules daily and it still didn't equal 1000mg. On the flip side of that, the capsule is still pretty large, which makes it a bit difficult to swallow. If you aren't good with swallowing pills, this might be a struggle for you because if you don't get it down the first attempt, you may actually start to taste it, which isn't a particularly pleasant taste. I would buy this product again but I would definitely keep my eyes on the lookout for a smaller capsule.

I just recently received this item and I wish I had more time to review, The pills are quite big, There is no after taste. I have not noticed any significant changes; good or bad. I will continue to use them. I know turmeric is very good for you so I hope this product continues to work well.

I've been taking this for a few weeks and the pain has lessened without taking pain relievers. The pills are not too large and are easy to swallow. I would definitely recommend this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so hoping this turmeric by youtheory would work out for me. I have chronic low back pain that I can't get away from. I don't want to take Ibuprofen on a daily basis, so I don't take anything for the pain. I was excited to try this, hoping it would be the answer to me. I have now been taking two capsules a day for over two weeks and haven't found relief yet. I will continue until the bottle is done, but I doubt things will change. The pills are a bit bigger than I expected, but still easy enough to swallow. I have heard that turmeric can provide pain relief for people, but it hasn't worked for me as of yet.

I don't feel like I've taken the product long enough to form an opinion on how it has benefitted me. My winter energy has been good and I am feeling good mentally (no winter blues), but I'm not sure if this is the product talking or a benefit any placebo would provide. I will say the product is well labeled and the capsules/dosage are easy to consume. I would recommend the product to anyone looking for a turmeric supplement.

I had been interested in trying a turmeric product for awhile after hearing about it's benefits and plan to continue using it. It has helped with joint pain and swelling. Just know that if you hold it between your fingers too long it can leave a yellowish tinge.
