[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Turmeric Extra Strength not knowing what the benefits of this supplement were supposed to be. I researched and saw that it is an anti oxidant and is supposed to help with inflammation. I do not have any inflammation that I am aware of, however when taking it I haven't experienced any side effects. If someone had inflammation it may help them. I'll continue to take the supplement.

For me, I like Tumeric because of the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory health benefits that it provides. The Turmeric Extra Strength is easy to take and swallow. I don't get any weird after taste from this as I so with other suppliments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off I'm from India and we use tumeric a lot so i didn't believe in the pills when I could just use the powder. I was so wrong! Once I started taking these pills I realized first off it's so much easier to take a pill and not messy (If you don't know tumeric powder is a bright orange and stains everything). After I started taking these pills I realized that my joints stopped aching as my and I read it an anti inflammatory so makes sense. Just over all I feel better from my gut to bones! I also have rheumatoid arthritis and it's usually worse In winter but I noticed since I started the turmeric pills I haven't had flare ups. I read it helps your skin and stuff so can't wait to see those results as well. Not sure about other brands but I'm definitely glad I tried you theory first because it has helped me. I will continue to buy these because I find it very beneficial for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took tumeric powder before but I didn't like it because all stick on my teeth. I love that youtheory has capsules form. I hope they can make us take once a day. This one need to take 2 capsule per day. Overall more energize result from it.

But i started to take and didn't notice anything at first. Later kn about 3 weeks later I noticed I felt I had more energy and gelt more alert and just feel better overall. The only new thing i have done differently in the last 3 weeks is take the Turmeric everyday. Its easy to take and you don't get an after taste. I will continue to take these everyday.

Youtheory Tumeric has a very high concentrate of curcumin and black pepper to help absorb the curcumin. I like to take Tumeric along with my other vitamins and minerals. It seems to help as an anti-inflammatory.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tumeric is supposed to have a whole host of benefits, and while I can't say for sure if it provided them, it certainly didn't hurt anything. That is not to say I didn't get any benefit, but when you are looking at things like preventing something or being an anti inflammatory it's kind of hard to measure. I will say these were extremely easy to take. You are supposed to take 2 a day. I have a hard enough time trying to remember to take vitamins/pills so I just took them both at the same time and it seemed to be fine. I also didn't notice any nasuea or anything if I took them in an empty stomach. Overall they were easy to take and no negative side effects.
