I really felt like it worked well with my other supplement. I did try this on it's own for a few days to see how it worked, and it was almost as good as with my kratom. I definitely prefer them together. Just remember to eat a little something before taking the turmeric otherwise it gives you a bit of an upset stomach.

I havent seen her so sharp and mobile in months! She takes her recommended dose daily but we've found it better for her to take at night since it relaxes her and gives her a full good night's sleep. I haven't really noticed much change when taking this. It's supposed to help memory - I haven't noticed any difference. It's supposed to help joints, heart, and immune health. I don't have joint pain or heart issues so I haven't noticed any changes there. I have a healthy immune system so I don't know if it's helped me to be healthier. I haven't noticed any negative side effects, so that is good. Just not sure if it's really a supplement worth taking when I really can't measure any of the effects if it's helping or not.

I seem to be recovering from my workouts a little easier and am finding a bit more movement in my stretching. My only complaint is that I wish this was offered in a powder formula or gummy, as I just don't really like taking capsules.
