You want to give it sometime to build up a level before you'll notice the benefits. I do feel like using a better brand, spending additional money is the way to go. I do recommend this brand of tumeric.

For me, I like Tumeric because of the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory health benefits that it provides. The Turmeric Extra Strength is easy to take and swallow. I don't get any weird after taste from this as I so with other suppliments.

Week 1 there was no change, week 2 I am noticing I am sleeping better through the night, my skin looks more clear, and the pain in my hands and arms from carpal tunnel have greatly decreased. I do plan on continuing to add these to my daily vitamin intake!

Youtheory Tumeric has a very high concentrate of curcumin and black pepper to help absorb the curcumin. I like to take Tumeric along with my other vitamins and minerals. It seems to help as an anti-inflammatory.

Turmeric is a common spice that we use for cooking and in beauty products. I occasionally cook Thai curry with turmeric powder. Honestly I never noticed an effect & I think it might be because only a small amount is used (1 teaspoon for whole pot). Then, I had a chance to try this turmeric extra strength formula. It amazes me how it works. It helps me a lot with my hip pain. Another unexpected result is that my acne is getting visibly better. I definitely like this. I only have 1 concern. It has helped ease inflammation post workouts which is a huge plus. I appreciated the fact that this contains 95% curcuminoids using C3 Reduct along with Bioperine for absorption. My biggest complaint about this product and is why I did not give it 5 stars was bc it does not contain any ginger which is used to help ease digestive issues and I did have some issues the first few days starting this but balanced it out by drinking celery juice in the morning before taking these.

It supports my joint health and helps with inflammation. My skin feels tighter and my overall health is legit better. Highly recommended!
