I haven't had any adverse reactions to the supplement and actually feel a bit more energized. Upon research Turmeric is good for fighting inflammation so that is a benefit for me as well.

The packaging was attractive but I wish it was more of a slim profile so it could be stored in a medicine cabinet. I'm not 100% sure this supplement had any I change on my body, but there were no negative effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm really happy I got to try youTheory turmeric Extra Strength formula. I found these to be super easy to take daily. I've noticed I have been experiencing less swelling and less arthritis pain. The only part that did not really impressed me was the size of the container these supplements come in. It seems like a waste of plastic to me, the pills barely even come 1/4 of the way up in this bottle. If they would create a new packaging with a smaller bottle then they would get five stars from me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given the tumeric to try. In the short time I have had them, I am unsure if they are doing anything to improve inflammation. I would probably need more than a month to know. There weren't any bad experiences with taking this supplement, so it probably is beneficial to continue taking long term. I do feel that while the packaging is unique, there is a lot of plastic waste. It is a rather large square container that is only half filled. It could definitely be smaller packaging, There was not any kind of cotton in the bottle to try to keep the pills from shaking around during transport.

I started taking Curcumin/turmeric for my overall health and while I feel pretty good, I can't contribute it to this supplement but I will say that it does not upset my stomach and I have had no side effects.

It is recommended to take 2 at a time but the first day I did so, my stomache did not agree with me so i cut my dosage in half at one pill a day. I did some research and this can be a common side effect. One pill a day seems to be fine. Pills have no taste and a beautiful gold color to it. I don't feel any changes in my body but it's only been a few weeks so i'm looking forward to finishing my bottle.
