[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great way to get a daily dose of the awesome healing benefits of Turmeric. I mainly wanted to try it to see if it helped improve some general aches and pains I have. I began going to a chiropractor in 2020 to help with constant hip pain, after my regular doctor said I had sciatica and/or bursitis and because of Covid my chiro offices has been closed so I was looking for alternative treatments. Anti-inflammatory meds would work for a while but I also have high blood pressure and really don't like to take them more than I have to. I have noticed a big difference in joint pain and muscle recovery after a workout. I now try to take some form of Tumeric daily, Tumeric powder in my smoothie, or the Youtheory tumeric on the days I don't drink one. The only downside I noticed was occassionaly burping/upset stomach after taking supplement so I started taking them at night before bed and the problem was not noticeable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to Covid, I'm have been upping my vitamins and supplements. I had a turmeric and ginger gummies but it was too much sugar. These capsules are easy to swallow and I feel like it helped boost my immune system. You should try these capsules and they don't have that strong turmeric smell like some supplements.

So I cannot use it in my cooking too often, this pills are perfect way to consume enough. Too early to tell about long term benefits but in short run I might say that I already felt more energy. Definitely will continue using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I've gotten older, I realized that it takes a bit longer to recover after a workout. Turmeric is great for inflammation and recovery! I've also noticed that my fingers are not as stiff in the mornings. Definitely a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Youtheory Turmeric Extra Strength capsules are a little on the bigger side but its a little easier to swallow because its a capsule. Ive noticed inflammation. In my knee a little less. I would have to continue taking longer to notice any more benefits that come with taking tumeric.

I would walk about three miles and the next morning when getting out of bed my hip and feet would hurt so bad but now it's not so bad to get out of bed. I've been taking one in the morning and one before bed. The pill is very easy to swallow. Overall I like this product and would continue to take it.

Although many of the benefits to taking turmeric would not be seen after just a couple weeks I can say that I feel good and I believe that it has helped with just overall health and well-being. I would be able to maybe pinpoint some more details after I've taken it a little longer but I have had absolutely no ill effects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a nurse, and as a nurse, I have back aches and pains, worse towards the end of my shift. I have noticed about 2 weeks into taking turmeric capsules as recommended, I haven't needed to take as much ibuprofen when I lay down.

I have been experiencing lots of back and neck sore muscles from the many working positions and carrying my child. Wasnt sure that this product would work or even help as I have never tried it. I was pleasantly surprised how much it really helped relieve my discomfort. I rarely feel discomfort now and have an extra bounce in my step. Really glad I tried this and plan on continuing.
