I have always had a ton of inflammation and it was gone. I felt so much better. I will Be adding this to my daily vitamins and medicines.

I have troubles with my SI Joint for a year now where it hurts to sit or stand for a long period of time. Within a few days I was could finally sit and stand. It has helped with the inflammation a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me first start by saying it took several weeks to try Youtheory turmeric extra strength formula. I honestly didn't notice any difference except that it made my urine yellow like a highlighter for the first week. I still had swelling in my joints while taking it, I have arthritis and it's winter so it could have helped some but not noticably so. I did notice I had a little more energy. I didn't get tired through the day, even on days I didn't get very much sleep. All in all, I don't think this is a bad product. I don't think you should expect miraculous results.

I seem to be recovering from my workouts a little easier and am finding a bit more movement in my stretching. My only complaint is that I wish this was offered in a powder formula or gummy, as I just don't really like taking capsules.

The bottle is attractive but it's a weird shape and difficult to find room for it I'm the cabinet. The pills are easy to swallow.
