[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to other vitamins and supplements I've taken, taking two pills each day is similar to other supplements. It would be nice if you only had to take one pill, but it's likely that one dose would be huge and it gives people flexibility to take them a separate times. Like many other supplements you do not see the benefits immediately. Your body has to adjust to taking them, so be patient and allow the pills to work. I noticed it took about a week to start noticing anything. I do suffer from depression and I do take a prescription, but I did notice that my mood was a bit better when I took these.

I have been taking these Tumeric supplements for about two weeks and I must say I don't physically feel any different . I am pretty confident that my body is loving the Tumeric though since it has so many great benefits like powerful antioxidant properties and healthy inflammation response ! I will continue to buy these since I know the healthy benefits to them !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking turmeric for close to a year now, so I was excited to try a new brand to see if there was any differences. The one difference I noticed off the bat is that I needed to take 2 instead of 1 like my current brand. Not a huge deal unless I'm traveling. I noticed a slight increase in my focus over the other brand, which is clearly a great thing! I was hoping to use it a full month before writing the review instead of 1.5 weeks, but I got my final notice of my review due. I'm hoping the increase in focus is due to the turmeric and not a fluke. I did notice that my achiness from crossfit wasn't as dull as it normally is, but again, this could very well be a fluke due to the short time I had to use it. Overall, I would say that it is on par with industry standards.

About midway thru the 2nd week is when I really started noticing the inflammation in my knee was almost completely gone. Now, the stiffness is gone, as well. I highly recommend that anyone suffering from any kind of inflammation start taking these.

By day 3/4 my bloating went away! And then by end of the two weeks my inflammation had significantly went down! This is huge for me as I have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and suffer from inflammation daily! I finally had a night where my hands didn't go numb on me!!! And I slept really well!! I definitely would recommend this product as it has made a difference for me!!!

I have been experiencing lots of back and neck sore muscles from the many working positions and carrying my child. Wasnt sure that this product would work or even help as I have never tried it. I was pleasantly surprised how much it really helped relieve my discomfort. I rarely feel discomfort now and have an extra bounce in my step. Really glad I tried this and plan on continuing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to Covid, I'm have been upping my vitamins and supplements. I had a turmeric and ginger gummies but it was too much sugar. These capsules are easy to swallow and I feel like it helped boost my immune system. You should try these capsules and they don't have that strong turmeric smell like some supplements.

I was happy to try Turmeric supplement to see if it would have me a daily, natural boost. I did feel I had extra energy most days, however some days I did drag a bit. Overall, I felt great while taking it and will continue to add it with my daily multivitamin and Iron supplement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This supplement had the highest amount of Curcumin that I could find. Hard to really review this type of thing since you don't get visible results. I started taking Curcumin/turmeric for my overall health and while I feel pretty good, I can't contribute it to this supplement but I will say that it does not upset my stomach and I have had no side effects.
