He has suffered no ill effects since he started taking them and has mentioned that he is not as achy as he used to be. Over all a good product that we will continue to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have struggled with covid side effects since 8/28, inflammation with nerve and muscle pain plus lack of smell/taste. Started tumeric last week and literally on day 1 of taking these I had three times I smelled random things which was mind blowing. I'm one week into daily supplements and I now have brief periods daily of my smells returning and taste seems around 60%+. The pills are huge but there is no taste or after effects! I definitely see improvements and have my 12 yr old starting them as well since he has chronic back issues post covid.

Since taking this turmeric my pain has stopped. My legs aren't aching and my back isn't hurting! I live when a natural product works, so I don't have to use a prescription for pain! I also love that this product is natural and doesn't contain soy! I have thyroid troubles and being able to avoid soy in a capsule is a huge win for me!

To be honest I have not felt any effects, but after receiving them I did search online and I got very interested. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took tumeric powder before but I didn't like it because all stick on my teeth. I love that youtheory has capsules form. I hope they can make us take once a day. This one need to take 2 capsule per day. Overall more energize result from it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me first start by saying it took several weeks to try Youtheory turmeric extra strength formula. I honestly didn't notice any difference except that it made my urine yellow like a highlighter for the first week. I still had swelling in my joints while taking it, I have arthritis and it's winter so it could have helped some but not noticably so. I did notice I had a little more energy. I didn't get tired through the day, even on days I didn't get very much sleep. All in all, I don't think this is a bad product. I don't think you should expect miraculous results.

I have also noticed a slight increase of energy. I like that it doesn't have a strong after taste. The packaging is very unique. I highly recommend for anybody.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off I'm from India and we use tumeric a lot so i didn't believe in the pills when I could just use the powder. I was so wrong! Once I started taking these pills I realized first off it's so much easier to take a pill and not messy (If you don't know tumeric powder is a bright orange and stains everything). After I started taking these pills I realized that my joints stopped aching as my and I read it an anti inflammatory so makes sense. Just over all I feel better from my gut to bones! I also have rheumatoid arthritis and it's usually worse In winter but I noticed since I started the turmeric pills I haven't had flare ups. I read it helps your skin and stuff so can't wait to see those results as well. Not sure about other brands but I'm definitely glad I tried you theory first because it has helped me. I will continue to buy these because I find it very beneficial for me.
